what would you do .

This morning i went to help a 93 confussed lady to get her up give her meds drinks

she has been poorley all week with UTI we have a new care package starting Monday .
last night i had to whip her over to the docs as now she has a chest infection on top which gos hand in hand

Carer came in to give the hubby meds she is in 15 mins in morning and called the main carer ( ha ha )

never met this carer till this morning but before this i had a row with firm about this carer not givin water with meds which in turn the stupid woman went to the warden and they both tried to report me ha ha To whom ???? but i was right about the water and they where compleatley in the wrong .

She comes in i said morning i am Chris She shouted AND I AM VERONOCIA .
i said i had gave D her Anti bo ic THATS MY JOB no you where asked to give it to her as a favor its not on the care plan you are not in for D
its hit and miss so i am here to make sure .
I also said now D has a chest infection on top I KNOW no you don,t know i took her to docs last night YES I DO I PUT HER IN HOSPITAL
( D fell out of bed and was on floor ) I explained she had a UTI and a chest infetion on top and had only been to docs 5 o clock last night .
I APOAGISE .
in mean while 2 confussed people had picked up the shouting and got upset .

d still has 92 hubby alive .

Now i would had been on phone to firm but this carer the daughter says is the only one that will do what she is asked and try not to upset this one
Now do i phone firm knowing the big mouthed carer is going to recact or leave it .But i really want to phone the care firm and moan

so what would you do as this is not on and the same carer will be starting the new package and we will sure meet again
